Elvia is a member of Passantino Andersen Communications, where she specializes in a combination of media relations, event management, public affairs, and social media. Before joining the Passantino Andersen team, Elvia worked for a leading Sacramento based lobbying and public affairs agency. During her time there, she had the opportunity to work with high profile clients such as The California Endowment where she was part of a statewide campaign mobilization. Additionally, Elvia played a key role in the management of the statewide WE Connect Healthcare and Resources Fair's created by former First Lady Maria Shriver. Elvia graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Digital Communications from California State University of Sacramento. Elvia has been an active member for the Public Relations Student Society of America, a volunteer for the National Firefighters Endowment, Big Brothers and Big Sisters and the Diocese of Sacramento.
